PROJECT SCHEDULING

We look forward to providing you with an up to date schedule using “Microsoft Project”.
This detailed schedule will keep you up-to-date as we progress through your job. This is a tool that we like to use in are scheduled client meetings. We have found many of our new clients are surprised to be offered this as a service. At BACH we believe this should be a standard in both Commercial and Residential construction, no matter how big or small your project may be! Mile stones are one of our clients’ favorite aspects of the “job schedule” because it tells them when key decisions need to be made. This will help eliminate those unexpected tough decisions that need to be addressed throughout the building process. The key to efficiency is to avoid any unnecessary delays.

In keeping with our desire to have the highest quality customer satisfaction as possible, BACH has implemented an operations coordinator position. Our Operation’s Coordinator’s goal is to develop a personal relationship with each client. They will work one on one with you to serve as a liaison between the client and the office. This allows the client to request information which may be helpful or ask questions regarding their project.
